There was singing, presentations, Praise and Worship, words of encouragement from the Pastoral team and two people gave their lives to Jesus and were baptised in the middle of service. What a way to enter into the New Year!

As the service approached midnight, Pastor Peter, called us to make seven declarations on paper, insert them into balloons to be released into the air. A congregation of almost 300 people gave a loud shout with the release of streamers, poppers and a live band with singers celebrating the New Year at the stroke of Midnight! After the release of balloons and fireworks, there followed a meal and a concert till after 3 in the morning. We sure started the year, how we plan to continue!
